• OpenAI: When using AI Insights features, relevant context (text and uploaded images) is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to this data.
• Infrastructure providers: Hosting and database providers operating under data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Uploaded documents can be deleted through the platform. We retain anonymized usage analytics for up to 24 months.

9. Cookies
